Job Description :

- We are seeking smart, talented, self driven and ambitious individuals to join our dynamic team at BPB Publications. As a technical editor, you will be an essential part of our editorial team, responsible for ensuring the clarity, correctness, and consistency of our technical content.

- Your primary focus will be on editing and refining technical manuscripts. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts, and other members of the editorial team to deliver well-structured and error-free content that meet our readers' needs

and uphold our reputation as a trusted source of technical knowledge.

Responsibilities :

1) Review and edit the content/manuscript sent by authors, as per the BPB style guidelines.

2) Edit technical content to improve readability and comprehension.

3) Ensure accuracy and clarity of technical documents

4) Assess whether the technical content/code is working and the technical terminology used in the book is quoted correctly.

5) Work closely with the Content Development Team to develop content which is technically sound and presentable.

6) Conduct research of the technology on the title they have been assigned.

7) Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging trends, and technological advancements to continuously improve the quality of technical documentation.
