Responsible for the entire sales and retail operations of the store
Ensure execution of sales targets as per plan
Maintain efficient operations and effective product merchandising
Training and supervision of store staff
Plan and direct store operations, including
Inventory control and security
Coordinate the marketing of the store on a local level
Responsible for upkeep of stores
Monitor security systems
Ensure exceptional customer service by store staff
Store profitability
