Bounceshare - Manager - Strategic Alliances & Partnerships (2-3 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop thorough understanding and gather on-ground intel of assigned clusters through regular visits
- Leverage data to drive decision making for assigned clusters
- Drive cluster growth metric by creating and executing growth plans
- Build relevant partnerships to drive growth - tech parks, malls, colleges
- Acquire dedicated parking spaces within these areas that can be branded to drive visibility
- Work closely with partners on initiatives to create awareness - emailers, BTL
- Ensure redistribution and manpower where required by working closely with the supply & ops counterparts
- Work with online marketing team to device and execute specific offers and campaigns for assigned cluster
- Identify potential areas for ATL
- Plan and track impact of BTL activity conducted
- Identify cluster specific problems and drive solutions by collaborating cross functionally
- Understand competition landscape in assigned cluster
- Conduct periodic voice of customer sessions
