Responsibilities :
1. Monitoring performance of Area Sales Manager & Territory sales manager's and assigning the tasks accordingly.
2. Training of Internal team as and when required & training the Dealership Team post onboarding.
3. Understanding the market and planning for increasing the Volume
4. Should have an understanding about the Profitability of OEM & Dealership.
5. Planning and Budgeting for ATL & BTL related marketing activities for the state.
6. Short Term & Long Term Target setting for the team and the forecast of the growth.
7. Coordinating with HO Team to drive business in the Zone.
8. Handling Dealer concerns & ensuring confidence in Channel.
9. Taking part in city launches and developing the business
10. Good experience of Institutional & Govt Sales has to be there.
11. Review Dealership Performance as and when it is required.
