Responsibilities:
- Market Analysis: Conduct research to identify regional market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement regional marketing strategies and campaigns to promote products and services.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and other teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, events).
- Budget Management: Manage regional marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze campaign performance and market data, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and customers to enhance brand loyalty.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on marketing performance, presenting findings to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, experience in marketing, preferably in a regional or territory-focused role.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have at least 4+years of experience in offline sales.
