Position Overview :

Job Title : Regional Marketing Executive

Department : Offline Sales

Location : Gurugram (HQ)


Reports To : Business head

Type of Position : Full-time

Responsibilities :

- Market Analysis : Conduct research to identify regional market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

- Strategy Development: Develop and implement regional marketing strategies and campaigns to promote products and services.

- Collaboration : Work closely with sales, product development, and other teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

- Campaign Management : Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, events).

- Budget Management : Manage regional marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources.

- Performance Tracking : Analyze campaign performance and market data, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

- Customer Engagement : Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and customers to enhance brand loyalty.

- Reporting : Prepare regular reports on marketing performance, presenting findings to management.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, experience in marketing, preferably in a regional or territory-focused role.

- Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Must have at least 4+years of experience in offline sales.
