Key Responsibilities :
- Tracking and Managing E-Commerce Marketing : Monitor and manage marketing activities on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and others to ensure optimal visibility and performance of our products.
- Brand Ads, PLA and AMS Management : Take ownership of managing brand advertisements and Product Listing Ads (PLA) specifically for Flipkart, and AMS in amazon, optimizing them for maximum reach and conversion.
- Subject Matter Expertise : Develop a deep understanding of assigned product categories, owning the daily business administration on assigned e-commerce accounts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate closely with product management, sales, graphics, and other relevant departments to ensure that marketing campaigns align with business goals and product updates.
- Multi-Tasking and Deadline Management : Successfully juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- E-Commerce Space Expertise : Demonstrate strong knowledge of the e-commerce landscape, including competitive strategies, marketing best practices, usability standards, and industry trends.
- Data Analysis : Utilize spreadsheets (Excel), pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and web analytics tools to maintain organization, monitor product sales, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in a fast-paced e-commerce business environment.
- Proficiency in managing and maintaining e-commerce websites/portals.
- Knowledge of various e-commerce platforms and online sales strategies for driving digital sales and website conversions.
- Thorough understanding of e-commerce marketing strategies, leading e-commerce website builders, product development, competitive strategies, consumer research, industry trends, and usability best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
- Strong analytical and multitasking abilities.
