Boult Audio - Manager - Online Reputation Management (3-8 yrs)
The Online Reputation Management, (ORM) team works to build brand equity and provide great customer service on social media. It involves managing social media escalations, creating content for building brand equity, and increasing organic positive sentiment on social media.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Monitor and Moderate the Social Media platforms.
- Ensuring high-quality customer service, resulting in guest delight
- Coordinate with different teams on escalation/ queries over the various platforms
- Develop organizational elements in order to implement a proactive process
- Provide creative inputs and work on various projects to improve the brand image
- Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy
- Engage in community building, brand awareness initiatives on SM platforms
Required Skills/ Experience :
- 3-8 years of experience in a positions of a ORM team
- Prior work experience in Social Media customer interactive profile
- Excellent knowledge of Social Media Channels
- Ability to work closely effectively with internal and external stakeholders
