Key Responsibilities:
Trade Marketing Strategy Execution:
Assist in the development and implementation of trade marketing plans that align with overall brand and sales objectives, ensuring effective execution at retail locations.
Retailer Relationships :
Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers and trade partners to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives, product placements, and promotional activities.
Promotions & Campaigns :
Plan and execute in-store promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns that drive consumer engagement and product sales at the retail level.
Sales Support :
Provide support to the sales team by developing point-of-sale materials, trade presentations, and sales collateral to enhance product visibility and sales performance.
Market Analysis & Reporting :
Monitor and analyze retail performance data, competitor activities, and market trends to provide insights and recommendations for improving trade marketing initiatives.
Budget Management :
Assist in managing the trade marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective execution of marketing programs and activities.
Product Placement & Merchandising :
Ensure effective product placement and optimal shelf visibility in retail stores through strong merchandising strategies.
Cross-functional Collaboration :
Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of trade marketing activities.
Training & Development :
Assist in training retail staff and sales teams on new products, campaigns, and key marketing messages to enhance product knowledge and sales performance.
