Position Overview:
Job Title: Brand Marketing Specialist

Type of Position: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches and market expansions. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and alignment with overall brand strategy.
- Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers. Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns to amplify brand messages. Monitor and measure the impact of influencer partnerships on brand awareness and engagement.
- Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and offline channels. Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better results.
- Create and oversee the production of engaging content, including social media posts, videos, and other marketing materials. Ensure content aligns with brand voice and guidelines.
- Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Identify and establish partnerships with other brands to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
- Work closely with the sales, product, and creative teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all touchpoints. Provide brand guidelines and support to internal stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. Continuously seek innovative waysto enhance brand positioning and customer engagement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience of 1-3 years.
- Strong understanding of brand management principles and marketing strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
