Boult Audio - Area Sales Manager (5-6 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
Distribution and Channel Expansion :
- Oversee and manage distribution channels within the area.
- Identify opportunities for channel expansion and develop strategies to enhance market reach.
Sales Management :
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the assigned area.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Retail Expansion :
- Drive retail expansion initiatives, including identifying new retail partners and overseeing the setup of new retail outlets.
Claim Management :
- Manage the end-to-end process of claim management within the area.
- Work closely with customers, internal teams, and partners to resolve claims promptly and efficiently.
Relationship Building :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and channel partners.
Data Analysis :
- Utilize advanced MS Excel skills to analyze sales data, prepare reports, and derive actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain detailed records of sales activities, performance metrics, and market trends.
Qualifications :
- MBA in Sales and Marketing
- 5-6 years of experience in sales management roles, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
