Job Title: Area Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve area sales targets and increase market share.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team; provide ongoing support and motivation to achieve individual and team goals.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders; address customer needs and concerns promptly.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape; use insights to refine sales tactics.
- Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for upper management; analyze results and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales strategies with overall company objectives.
- Budget Management: Oversee area sales budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost-effective operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business management, or related field is preferred.
- Proven sales experience(4+ Years); sector-specific sales experience is preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
