Job Description :

We are looking for Lead to drive business development.

As a Business Development - you will be responsible for developing the business from clients.

- 7-10 years in marketing/advertising agency in Business Development Role

- Should have handled pan India campaigns for different categories

Responsibilities :

1. Successfully closed deals with prominent brands for different digital projects including , creative campaigns, integrated campaigns, influencer marketing, performance campaigns etc.

2. Strategy Development : Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing strategies that align with brand goals and objectives.

3. Generate leads and efficiently keep in regular contact with existing prospects. Have a metrics for setting up of meetings/conversion of leads and ensure that is followed.

4. Managed Amazon Live marketing initiatives, overseeing end-to-end processes for influencers from thumbnail creation to live sessions.

5. Outreach and Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with third parties contributing to business development, influencers, negotiating partnerships and agreements that benefit both parties. This includes outreach, communication, and contract negotiations.

6. Stay Updated on Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging influencer marketing techniques to ensure campaigns remain innovative and effective.

7. Maximize networking opportunities and regularly use conferences, events and trade shows to increase awareness and develop a further network of contacts.

8. Understand the prospect's business need and work with expert teams - serving/media etc. to develop a tailored digital marketing proposal

9. Acquisition of the clients by coordinating with the finance and legal team.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

2. Proven experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing, preferably in a consumer-facing industry.

3. Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer landscape, and content trends.

4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers and stakeholders.

5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

6. Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.

7. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
