Bottle Openers - Manager - Social Media (4-7 yrs)
Job Title: Social Media Manager
Division: Client Servicing
Location: Gurugram/Gurgaon (Work from Office)
Role :
1. Understand brand sentiments, requirements, and guidelines.
2. Impactful campaigns, creative ideas that can be implemented.
3. Execute and manage a set of accounts assigned, along with team, jointly strategise for campaigns and take care of end-to-end client co-ordination.
4. Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
5. Manage inter-team co-ordination to ensure deliverables are met on/before time.
6. Regularly interacting with clients through telephone calls, email communications, or face-to-face meetings.
7. Establish an in-depth understanding of each platform and writing innovative/creative content based on the brand requirements and consumer insights.
8. Proactively plan for content based on the festive and marketing calendar.
9. Work on weekly & monthly reports and ensure the same are sent out on time.
Requirements :
1. Minimum Work Experience 4-7 Years will be preferred.
2. Bachelors/Master's degree in business administration or an industry-related field.
3. Proven experience working as a client servicing executive will be preferred.
4. PR executives looking to switch to digital will be preferred.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
6. Working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software will be preferred.
7. The ability to work efficiently under pressure.
8. Excellent organisational and time management skills.
9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
10. Effective communication skills.
11. Exceptional customer service skills.
