SmartQ- Demand Manager

What you will be doing :

- Build & maintain relationships with key partners in a city.

- Collect the demand request from the BD team and process it to the right set of partners.

- Obtain, negotiate & close commercials & contracts with the catering partners/restaurants/hotels or cloud kitchens, etc. within the deadline.

- Be aware of the market trend & price points to provide the best possible solution to the client.

- Understand the P&L, details of the requirement, feasibility of operations, inputs from partners & create solutions based on these data.

- Channelizing client requirements to well performing partners.

- Map suitable partners to new & existing clients, facilitate partner launches and hand over new accounts to operations post launch.

- Constantly work to reduce the TAT by maintaining a repository of previous RFPs, quotes, menus & commercials.

- Negotiation.

- People oriented and good team player.

- Sound knowledge and experience of working with food partners.

- Proven experience in managing in a similar environment.

- Excellent process and product knowledge.

- Self-motivated, agile and ability to adapt to a changing environment.

- Excellent relationship building skills.

- Overall, 5 years experience with a minimum 2 years in a similar role.

- Graduate/Diploma in Vendor Management/Operations/BHM discipline.

- Fluency in English & local language is mandatory.

- Microsoft office.
