Botree Software - Sales Development/Sales Role (2-4 yrs)
Responsibilities
- Utilize prospecting tools to source and identify new sales opportunities.
- Effectively articulate the value of our products via cold outreach methods.
- Identify the needs of the prospect and suggest the appropriate product from the Botree suite.
- Build long-term, trusting relationships with key business decision makers to qualify leads as sales opportunities.
- Maintain and manage a pipeline of interested prospects and include the sales executives in the next steps.
- Schedule calls between the potential customer and the sales executives.
- Manage MIS and Database - Maintain excel worksheets and CRM for all the contacts
- Utilize best practices for sales methodology
Requirements
- Two or more years as sales development representative with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively deliver presentations
- Strong communication skills over phone, email, and LinkedIn to establish the right contacts and deal with senior level prospets
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing and social outreach.
- Good to have experience in IT/ SAAS sales, outbound sales, B2B sales.
