Job Description :
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Professional to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in driving our business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence through various brand and government collaborations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering value to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach programs.
- Engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners along with relationship building with new sets of clients to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term collaboration.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions and identify potential areas for growth.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations that address client needs and highlight our value proposition along with the commercial presentation and closures.
- Collaborate with the internal teams including marketing, design and tech team to develop and execute strategies to drive the business objectives and meet monthly and yearly targets.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, sales targets, and market feedback to assess progress and refine strategies.

Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the technology or event industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders.
- Good understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive landscape to curate customized pitch and costings.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or MBA, marketing, business or a related field
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
