Pazago is a fast-growing Logistics tech startup that has recently raised $3.5M. Led by YCombinator alum and 3x startup founder Nikhil Agrawal, Pazago's global fulfilment platform is bringing innovation to international trade. The company is urgently hiring Growth Managers in Maharashtra and Gujarat to execute the full B2B sales cycle for the "Fulfilled" platform.

Qualifications :

You should have the following qualifications :

1. Minimum 2 years experience beating targets in a B2B sales role, preferably in startups

2. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the company professionally

3. Familiarity with field sales, client meetings, and the dynamics of building and maintaining client relationships

4. Fluent in the local language and proficient in English

5. A graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant field

Key Responsibilities :

As a Growth Manager, you will be accountable for the following responsibilities :

- Cold Calling : Initiate and conduct cold calling activities, especially in the initial phase, to build a robust sales pipeline

- Field Work : Willingness to spend a significant amount of time on the field, meeting clients, and closing deals

- Presentation : Present oneself professionally during client interactions, effectively showcasing the company's services

- Working hours are 9:30 am-6:30 pm Mon.-Sat. with 2nd and 4th sat off.
