The job:

Key roles:
1. Comprehend the client's needs to ensure strategy and plans in alignment to business objectives. Now, this is important as you would need to understand the industry and behave like TRUE Knowledge experts and be result oriented at every stage of execution.
2. Draw out key messaging for the Brand. Here's where all your newspaper reading comes to play
3. Ideas without seeing them into action are passe. The team is responsible for creating execution-based, strategically focused public relation led integrated campaigns
4. We see messaging as media, if your story is strong then media/influencers will love to talk to you about it. Having said that the folks here are responsible to find and maintain relationships with the best. This also requires planning and measuring campaign performance and engaging with media to create relevant opportunities for clients
5. Creation and management of client communication resource bank.
6. Work closely with the brightest minds in the universe - CXO's of startups and new age companies
7. Employ metrics to measure the success of PR
Qualifications
Apply if you are:
- 5-7 years of experience in PR and have worked with a reputed PR agency
- Post/ Graduate in Communications/ Economics/ Commerce/ Mass media
- A heartfelt prejudice to - Aise hi hota hai- with a streak of a rebel inside you
- Have proven results in campaigns executed by yourself or your team
- Looking to grow fast, and break things as you go along your career
