Experience : 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in managing Social Media marketing presence and channels
Location : Bangalore
Responsibilities :
- Act as social media community brand manager across social channels.
- Evaluate and suggest improvements in the brands existing content strategy, add value and assure consistent brand presence and reputation.
- Understand the brand and create monthly calendar for social media content based on trends and historic engagement data.
- Strategize, plan and conceptualize creative content campaigns and uploaded for various channels and social media platforms : LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Reddit, and more
- Monitoring users engagement and feedback on all social media channels. Engage with them and respond to any mentions or communicate with appropriate departments.
- Create monthly reports highlighting pre set KPIs and analyzing monthly account performance based on that.
- Regularly monitor competitor social media sites and create competitor analysis reports.
- Work closely with in-house Design, SEO, Email and Content marketing team for integrated online output.
Technical skillset requirements :
- LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook ads
- Canva
- Facebook Analytics or Google analytics
- Mail Chimp and Hub spot CRM
- Proficient in Content writing
- Generating leads from Campaigns
- Excellent Communication
