The Opportunity

- We seek a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager (Female Preferred) to join our growing team.
- In this role, you will play a key role in driving sales and occupancy across our portfolio of coworking centers. You will be responsible for executing strategic sales plans, generating qualified leads, and closing deals with businesses of all sizes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve ambitious occupancy targets.
- Generate qualified leads through a variety of channels, including networking, cold calling, LinkedIn, and references.
- Conduct presentations and tours of our coworking spaces, highlighting the benefits and amenities for potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and IPCs to secure referrals and partnerships.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts with a focus on exceeding revenue goals.
- Manage the sales pipeline and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
- Stay up to date on market trends and competitor activity.
- Represent Bootstart to network with industry leaders and clients in corporate events.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3-4 years of experience in commercial real estate sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue goals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of the commercial real estate, coworking space industry and its competitive landscape.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, IPCs, and potential clients.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Zoho CRM software is a plus.
