Bootstart - Manager - Community Management (0-1 yrs)

- Ensure quality control to address immediate issues, pre-empt potential future issues and identify areas for improvement when required.

- Address day-to-day community issues including coordinating and managing property access as necessary.

- Manage food and beverage offerings to ensure the quality and presentation are aligned with Bootstart's brand.

- Oversee the daily ordering and receipt of products from vendors.

- Prepare the property expense reports and budgets for Management review.

- Support the operation Manager in making strategic decisions regarding the operational and financial performance and process optimization of the location. Ensuring staff training and effective utilisation of resources to ensure a level of uncompromising cleanliness. To ensure cleaning and pantry responsibilities are executed daily to the highest standard.

- Community engagement activities at spaces. Coordinating with finance team regarding member payment related issues.

- Coordinating with sales team regarding sales targets & reporting expansion or contraction of seats for current clients.

- Coordinating with IT team regarding IT related issues. Working with maintenance department ensuring maintenance of spaces. Managing vendors for housekeeping, maintenance and consumables. Support the touring of new members when required.

- Support the research of prospective members in the pipeline and support follow up and closing requirements when required.

- Overseeing contract signing.

- Support the referral of prospective or existing members to other locations when required. Ensuring sales for value added services.

- Develop professional relationships with members and proactively gather information on their needs to identify both Bootstart and member services that could help them achieve their goals.

- Identify and execute opportunities to connect members with each other.

- Ensure a gracious arrival experience for all members, prospective members, and guests of members.

- Ensure best practices for the benefit of the broader company related to the member experience, sales, hospitality, operations, events, and training.
