Bootstart - Executive - Inside Sales (0-2 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
1) Conduct outbound sales activities, including phone and email campaigns, to generate new business opportunities:
2) Identify potential customers in target markets and develop a strategy for outreach.
3) Conduct research on target companies and their decision makers to tailor outreach and messaging.
4) Make outbound calls and send emails to prospects to introduce the company's product and services and build interest.
5) Nurture leads over time by keeping in touch and providing valuable content until they are ready to move forward with a purchase.
6) Conduct initial discovery calls to qualify prospects and identify their need and pain points.
7) Assess the Client's fit with the company's ideal customer profile and determine the potential value of the opportunity.
8) Document and manage lead information in the company's CRM system, including tracking lead status and key matrics.
9) Continually follow up with the client to build trust and demonstrate the company's value.
10) Keep up to date with the industry trends and competitive activity to provide insights and recommendations to the clients.
11) Regular reporting to the marketing manager regarding nature & quality of incoming leads with an aim of optimizing marketing channels.
12) Should proactively self-assess their own performance, identify shortcomings and strive for improvements.
