Job Summary :
- Editing and Proof reading editorial content like articles, blogs, product descriptions, social media content etc. for errors in structure, spelling, punctuation and overall grammar.
- Adhering to style guidelines and making sure that all materials of communication match the given guidelines.
- Recommending improvements in all editorial materials and ensuring that they are correct and as per brand specifications.
- Check manuscripts and other items for readability, style, and agreement with editorial policy.
- Create and write content whenever required.
Job Profile/Skills Required :
- Ability to recognize and correct style errors. Rewriting and reframing content so that it reads well and gets the message across.
- Must have relevant content editing experience in the current and last job profiles.
- A good team member with highly effective communication skills and an experience in copy editing.
- A graduate in English / Journalism with an excellent vocabulary, grammar and proof reading skills.
- Attention to details and research expertise.
