Boon - Executive - Business Development (1-2 yrs)
Primary responsibility:
- Corporate Sales - Achievement of sales targets by Building, Driving and Leading a team of sales executives for new customer's acquisition for Gurgaon and South Delhi. Setting up goals and targets for the team and following up on a daily basis.
- Team Management - Maintaining discipline in the team and
- Leadership - Candidate should be self-driven and should continuously work towards achievement of goals and targeted sales volumes.
- Outstanding Management - Managing collection at 99% levels every month
- Reports - Preparation of Daily sales reports and MIS. graduate or Science Graduate preferably with MBA qualifications
Experience :
The candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in the area of development of corporate sales. Experience of water industry is desirable. He/she should have experience in
- Experience in handling and developing sales teams
- Handling corporate accounts (Fortune 500 Companies)- B2B Sales orientation
Skills and knowledge
- Business development skills- concept selling.

- Well versed with CRM

- Scouting of potential and prospective corporate leads.
- Developing and maintaining healthy business relationship with key personnel in Key Accounts.
