Role and Responsibilities :
As a SaaS Sales Associate, you will be responsible for the following :
1. Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their positioning
2. Prospect relentlessly to build pipeline and build strong personal relationships with prospects
3. Maintaining relationship with clients by providing support, information and guidance.
4. Create reliable forecasts and be completely transparent with management on the pipeline status 5. Develop and execute on a strategic plan for the territory and document and distribute competitive information
6. Listen to the needs of the market and share insights with product and marketing teams
7. Be proactive about solving problems even if its outside of your area and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge
8. Manage end-to-end client relationship including pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing/ invoicing, and payment collection, result in tracking and troubleshooting.
Ideal Candidate Skill Sets:
1. Sales Experience or Sales Skillsets - ability to think and analyze various scenarios and take decisions during a pitch.
2. Ability to work in a output oriented culture and under high pressure.
3. Knowledge and comfort with usage of software tools like excel, word doc, ppt, etc. Knowledge or prior usage of other CRMs would be positive.
4. Diligence, sincerity and attention to detail are key requisites for this profile.
5. Willingness and want to travel and meet 5-8 clients every day.
6. Hunger to learn new tools and products, mentor juniors and peers.
