BookMyShow - Senior Executive - Customer Lifecycle Marketing (4-6 yrs)
Your Profile
- Execute campaigns to enhance customer lifecycle customer value, through retention marketing initiatives
- Liaise with business intelligence and data sciences team to improve the affectivity of CRM Campaigns.
- Liaise with CRM platforms and solution providers to ensure that campaign deliverables are achieved.
- Collaborate with product managers & business counterparts to get the retention marketing KPIs achieved month on month.
- Execute monthly weekly & daily CRM campaigns.
- Ensure that the reporting cadence with various platforms for retention campaigns is followed
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders: Engineering, finance, product, business teams, etc.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders: Platforms, Vendors, etc.
- Work with design & creative team to ensure that the campaigns are executed timely and achieve the brand KPIs
Your Checklist :
- 4 to 6 years of working experience as CRM professional working on consumer retention in brands or CRM agencies.
- Should know Email Marketing (Kenscio, Mail chimp, Sendgrid etc.) App & web re-engagements platforms: CleverTap, Web Engage, etc.
- Agency or Brand experience execution of CRM & retention marketing campaigns
- Capability to execute multiple campaigns across Email, App & web Notifications and SMS
- Should have capability to create data cohorts and use insight mining to execute campaigns and bring effective and efficient results
- Execution experience of email marketing and app re-engagement campaigns
- Create campaign reports with attribution tracking & campaign deliveries
