The candidate should take on the responsibility of a highly organised administrator with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The candidate should possess a creative mind and the ability to explore new initiatives, work independently and innovatively to solve problems, have the capability to manage priorities within tight deadlines and operate at a fast pace whilst ensuring accuracy.
This varied role will be pivotal to the support of a core team and the successful candidate must be able to deal competently and professionally with all the key role requirements as mentioned below.
Your Profile :
- Identify/create and manage all BAS events and activities - experiential events, fundraisers etc. This would involve but -not be limited to ensuring that all necessary paperwork, on-ground logistics coordination is in place to facilitate creating a successful event. (This would involve being present during the course of events on weekends if required)
- To identify and liaise with venues and upcoming events in the city.
- To identify and liaise with vendors and maintain a database of the same
- To participate in creative meetings and discussions towards the development
- To build content for social media / videos / funds raiser campaigns / newsletters
- Generating creative briefs and co-ordination with internal teams to successfully execute all design-related requirements
- Manage BAS Social media channels, ranging from generating appropriate content/ posts, designing supporting creatives and uploading the same (not limited to)
- Build fundraising channels through retail & corporate alliances.
- Oversee and coordinate regular content updates on the BAS website.
- To identify and connect with new NGO's and charities to further enhance and support Meeting the NGO to understand and evaluate their cause n case.
- Audit NGO's on the BAS sponsored events/activities and sponsorships (as and when required)
- Manage and maintain key operational databases of NGO's / Corporates & Retail Alliances
Key Skills Needed :
- A passion to see lives transformed.
- Good understanding of the charity and voluntary work sector, and its relationship with other sectors.
- Ability to coordinate and organise events and related logistics
- Research, analysis and planning skills
- Proficiency in handling social media handles - generating appropriate content/ posts, designing supporting creatives and uploading the same.
- Well-developed communication skills, high standards of written English and a good level of numeracy are all essential.
- Substantial administration experience within an office environment (including calendar management and scheduling)
- Full proficiency in all aspects of Microsoft Office
- Working on online designing software (eg: Canva etc)
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise
