BookMySeat - Executive - Customer Acquisition (2-4 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Developing new leads.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Present, promote and sell services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Make recommendations on how best to grow the business and control loss
- Prepare Monthly and quarterly reports for senior board members and investors
- Be directly responsible for the growth of delegated markets
- Respond to all issues with prompt attention
- Prepare and deliver speeches to the team at company conferences
- Keep records of customer interactions and recording details of inquiries, complaints and as well as the actions taken
- To maintain relationship between customers and service provider.
