- BookMyForex is India's very first tech initiative in the foreign exchange domain and the market leader in the online retail forex space.

- BookMyForex was founded by Sudarshan Motwani, a veteran foreign exchange expert with over 30 years of industry experience. Sudarshan is credited with introducing Foreign Exchange Services as a new revenue line in four Banks including India's private sector largest bank, HDFC Bank. He is also credited for having conceptualized and launched the world's first multi-currency forex card in association with VISA.

- Nitin Motwani, the co-founder heads the product and the tech initiatives at BookMyForex. He holds degree in computer science from University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign and has prior experience of working in one of the largest tech companies in the world in silicon valley

- BookMyForex was initially funded by Faering Capital, a Fintech focussed fund led by Aditya Deepak Parekh. Recently MakeMyTrip acquired a majority stake in the company through TripMoney, a wholly owned subsidiary of MakeMyTrip. MakeMyTrip's objective with this new strategic funding is to create a comprehensive forex product portfolio which will complement their other international travel offerings such as flights, hotels and visas and can be rolled out to their large 55 million+ customers based across India. Being the market leader in travel, MakeMyTrip is committed to strengthen their leadership position in the international travel segment and is prepared to heavily invest in the forex vertical.

- BookMyForex is the most visible online retail forex brand. Our platform receives more than 8 million visitors per year. The company has invested heavily in technology to create new age forex products and processes that can allow a large number of forex orders to get executed seamlessly. Originally a pure marketplace, BookMyForex now operates in a hybrid model where we execute the majority of the forex card orders ourselves. What you will do :

1. Engage with customers through calls and Emails, who need Forex products. Details of those prospective customers would be provided. One just has to connect & take it ahead.

2. Understanding the requirement & acting like an assistant to the customers offering them best recommended services and solutions by showcasing Upselling and Cross selling skills

3. Customer Relationship Management. Our customers who transact once with BookMyForex are just delighted by our services. And if you are with us, your role is to ensure that they are delighted and are happy with the Products provided to them.

Who we're looking for :

1. A graduate preferably with 1-4 years of experience in sales (financial/ecommerce domains will be preferred)

2. Multi Tasker; Exceptional interpersonal and customer relationship building skills.

3. Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills.

4. Intelligent, articulate, high-energy, and self-motivated.

5. Disciplined, enthusiastic, and intent to focus on attention to detail.

6. Ability to work in a fast paced organization

Salary : Upto INR 3,00,000 P.A. + Medical Insurance + Incentives

Office hours- (9:30am to 6:30pm)

6 Days working + one sat off in a month
