Job Description:
- Achieve Sales targets for all Commercial/Affordable Projects, as per defined plans and execute broker development initiatives to drive top line growth, in line with the Organizations objectives.
- Interact with brokers on a regular basis.
- Respond to customer and broker queries and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Keep track of the progress on achievement of Sales targets and provide periodic updates to the Department Head.
- Identify potential customers; engage with them on a regular basis (making pitch presentations, regular communication etc.) to convert the lead.
- Prepare proposals, pitch presentations for clients as and when required and get the same approved from Team Leader/Department Head.
- Ensure marketing objectives and activities are in line with sales targets
- Compile, analyze, and interpret sales data to provide reports to management on performance
- Ensure provision of proper after sales support and services to clients
- Prepare and present to management periodic budgets/sales forecast
- Organize meetings to discuss sales activities and take decisions on strategies necessary for improvement.
