Booking Sales Executive - Travel (1-6 yrs)
- Hiring for a Leading Travel Organization based near Paschim Vihar,Delhi
- Looking for Booking sales Executive
- Hotel Bookings
- Liaising with customers/clients in person, over the phone or via email to discuss their travel requirements.
- Day to day communication with B2C customers/ corporate clients for generating business.
- Making and confirming bookings, via a Global Distribution System (computerised central reservation system), online portal bookings + offline bookings.
- Co-ordinating with back office team for offline bookings.
- Preparing customised itineraries to suit the customers/ clients preferences and budget.
- Modifying existing bookings to suit a change in customers/ clients circumstances.
- Create and regularly update electronic records of customers/ clients.
- Researching destinations and keeping up to date with travel industry news.
- Co-ordination with Hotels as and when required.
- Advising customers/ clients on suitable options for domestic or international destinations, tours, accommodation, transport, insurance and fares .
- For B2C- Conversion of leads into sales .
