Responsibilities and Duties
- P&L focused - to run a Zone (constituting multiple areas) like a full fledged business and grow it exponentially.
- Ability to take and drive decisions across offline demand, Supply, Client experience with the right balance
- Leadership, problem solving, communication skills to lead and manage a team of 10-15 people
- Data focused decision making, good with setting up MIS/review processes, ability to use analytics for nuanced decision making
- Ability to network with Hotel/Banquet owners, corporate and open structured channels of demand
- Negotiation and deal closing abilities
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Successfully negotiated partnerships as part of business development deals.
- Handled P & L
- Sales background with experience of at-least 2 years
- Has effectively managed a team in the past and has objective approach towards goal setting and monitoring
