Job objectives :

Be a part of the core team, work with the founders and work in the initial days of building a brand

- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns - SEO, SEM, Email Marketing

- Oversee Social Media Strategy

- Strategize, generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images or video) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to build engagement

- Manage and optimize company pages within each platform (Google+, Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter etc.) to increase the visibility of company's social content

- Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improving conversion

- Continually work on the Search Engine Optimization of the website(s)

- Fix any errors or bugs in online content

- Content Marketing - Blog, Press release, Articles, Web Content

- Understand Sales process and designing campaigns at various stages for social and corporate customers

- Offline Marketing and Partner Promotion Activities

- Collaborating with designers to create marketing collaterals

Requirements :

We are looking for a Young and Energetic Marketer who

- Excellent writing, editing, presentation and communication skills

- Adequate knowledge of web design, web development and SEO

- Excellent Analytical Skills

- Has prior Experience in Digital Marketing

- Innovative, Creative, Enterprising

- Ability to take up ownership

- Good Team & Project Management Skills

- Organizing a party involves so many things, right from shortlisting venues to getting negotiated packages from them, from inviting people to do coordination between all party related vendors (Event planners, Caterers, Artists).

- It is so tedious that people think twice or more before hosting any event or do events at the same venue over and over again.
