Job Objectives

- Drive Subscription Revenue for the Company

- Manage a team of Subscription Tele-sales Associates

- Monitor the performance of the team and ensure that the assigned targets are achieved

- Giving Feedbacks and Training to the team and harness their skills

- Maintain the discipline, attendance within the team

- Work together with team from other departments to improve efficiency and overall service delivery.

Requirements :

We are looking for a Young and Energetic Person who has :

- Experience of Handling a Tele-sales team

- Ability to take initiatives and drive Revenue

- Good Sales and Communication skills

- Ability to direct and be a mentor on the sales ground by actively working to attain everyday sales objectives.

- Conversant with all sales principles, which is needed to process sales operations precisely at events and in the store

- Demonstration of positive team player spirit and cooperative sales skills within the organization.
