Job objectives :
- Drive Sales for a Particular City for the Company
- Manage a team of In-bound and Field Sales Team
- Set up Processes and KRAs for team
- Monitoring key performance metrics for the team and drive numbers and efficiency
- Look at Hiring and Training processes of the team
We are looking for someone who :
- Is passionate about Sales and loves driving Growth for the Company
- Has prior experience of leading a sales team (min 4yrs), setting up Processes and KRAs for them
- Is good with Analysing data, bringing out Inferences and incorporating changes in the process
- Has Good Communication and Negotiation Skills
- Is based out of Mumbai
