Customer Account Manager Job description :
We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Account Manager to join our Operations and Customer Success Team! As an Account Manager at our company, your main objective will be to develop and manage digital marketing strategies with our clients and help them achieve their digital marketing goals while ensuring high touch customer service.
Some of their goals may include better online presence and impressions, better lead generation or more streamlined marketing and sales processes.
Your role will be extremely important for customer success, satisfaction, and ultimately, loyalty.
Customer Account Manager duties and responsibilities :
1. Build long-term relationships with clients
2. Investigate and determine clients wants and needs
3. Plan and implement digital strategies for clients
4. Present and train on Canvas platform to clients
5. Analyze the effectiveness of digital campaigns
6. Recommend, design and implement digital projects to increase their ROI
7. Set up a list of KPIs to track for each client
8. Prepare and present reports on their progress
9. Keep abreast with new trends in digital technology
Customer Account Manager requirements :
1. Minimum 2 years of working experience as an Account Manager
2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer service
3. Minimum 2 years of experience in servicing APAC Clients
4. Minimum 2 years of experience with Display (Rich media, Programmatic, PMP) and Video Campaigns.
5. Working hours will be Day shift & Early Day shift depending on the market requirements
6. In-depth knowledge of MS-Office & Gmail Suite
7. Excellent understanding and knowledge of DSP, SSP & Digital Advertising ecosystem
8. In-depth knowledge of MS-Office & Gmail Suite
