BonusHub is looking to hire the Key Product Manager to lead its business in target merchant categories.
BonusOne is vibrant, mobile based, offline merchant focussed platform that allows a Merchant to bring efficiencies in his business operations and build & manage a very rich Customer interaction. It integrates the Merchant's critical business needs with payments and other types of equivalent tools that would drive a more interactive and seamless customer experience & behaviour.
Role :
Complete ownership of the product roadmap and aligning the same with the business objectives- Understanding the merchant needs and designing features to increase usage of the products. Ideating and implementing new and innovative features in the product to make adaptation even easier.
Description about product :
BonusOne is a merchant facing APP. Merchants use this APP to accept payments, track transactions, Online & Instore ordering, billing, service requests etc. This is Android application.
Qualifications/Skills :
- 3- 5 years of product management / sales & business development experience preferred, or equivalent responsibilities.
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of the market, competition and target merchant needs
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical thinking skills
- Creative with an ability to create a distinction between the current players in the product category
- Ability to lead product development and interface with Technology, Sales & Product visibility
- Ability to work hard and build a long-lasting business
- Ability to lead and work autonomously
- Strong organizational, written and oral communication skills
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Get Coupons from marque brands to be offered to BonusOne merchants (transaction based)
- Create Unique Selling Points and perfect the ones which are already prevalent for merchants
- Liaison with Technology, Sales and Marketing teams to develop, launch and monetize the Products
- Develop and create ways to maximize the revenue
