Bonphul Air Products - Executive - Business Development (2-3 yrs)
Seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive with a proven track record in selling medical devices. An ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
Note - This is a Field Sales Job,
Role & responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Identify and establish relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors' activities.
Preferred candidate profile :
- Bachelor's degree
- Ready to travel inter state or within the state assigned.
- 2-3 years of experience in SALES, preferably within the medical device industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel as needed
