Bonobology - Manager - Business Development & Customer Success (2-10 yrs)
- Prospecting and Business Development in Corporate and SME customers for selling Sales Force/ HR and Retail Automation products of the company (Cloud Based, SaaS model)
- Lead Generation, Lead Followups and closure
- Understanding the needs of the enterprise customers for our products and solutions
- Give product demonstrations to the interested corporate and sme customers
- Configuring pilot and proof of concept for corporate customers, based on customer needs
- Closing the Sales and signing subscription agreement with the corporate.
- Training the Admin, Managers and Users of the corporate for effective usage of our product
- Working with the Corporate Customer to ensure maximum usage and effective ROI of our product
- Providing customer support to the corporate users for any issues faced during first month of usage of our application
