Lead Generation Specialist for LATAM Market
As part of our strategic initiative to expand Bonhoeffer Machines' presence in Latin America, propose the recruitment of a Lead Generation Specialist to be based in our Gurgaon office. This role is pivotal in identifying and securing exclusive distributor partnerships across the region, adhering to our model of having distributors in every country.
Position Overview: The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for:
- Conducting in-depth market research to pinpoint potential markets and target audiences in each Latin American country.
- Sourcing and compiling a list of prospective distributors and partners.
- Designing and executing targeted outreach campaigns via email and social media.
- Qualifying leads to ensure alignment with our exclusivity model.
- Collaborating closely with our sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and facilitate seamless lead conversion.
- Maintaining accurate records of all interactions and lead statuses in our FMS system.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in lead generation, preferably with exposure to international markets.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in FMS platforms and familiarity with lead tracking tools.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- An understanding of Latin American business practices and cultural nuances.
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends and optimize lead generation strategies.
