Job Description :

The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and driving overall client success.

Key Responsibilities :

- Client Engagement : Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their needs, goals, and expectations. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

- Account Management : Oversee the management of client accounts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service and adherence to contractual agreements.

- Client Retention : Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty. Develop strategies to address any concerns or issues and ensure client retention.

- Problem Resolution : Address and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly. Coordinate with internal teams to provide effective solutions and ensure client needs are met.

- Strategic Planning : Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and develop tailored strategies to achieve their goals. Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing their use of our products/services.

- Reporting : Prepare and present regular reports on client performance, satisfaction, and engagement metrics. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

- Project Coordination : Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of projects and deliverables. Manage project timelines and ensure that client expectations are met.

- Business Development : Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products/services to clients. Support the growth of the client portfolio.

Qualifications :

- Experience : 1-2 years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or a related field.

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.

Skills :

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.

- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
