A Bond Manager is responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, identifying opportunities for business growth and resolving customer complaints.

- Work closely with teams to boost profitability and customer satisfaction.
Job Profile:
Educating prospective clients about the various debt (fixed income)products
- Understanding prospective Clients Investment Philosophy in lines with existing Fixed Income portfolio if any
- Advising clients on various investment opportunity linked to their risk appetite
- Managing existing & inbound queries from existing client base
- Hand Holding client end to end and Responsible for closing the secondary trade transaction
- Assisting clients with online applications for Primary Issuances like Debt IPO and SGB
- Assisting and troubleshooting for ensuring smooth KYC in coordination with Operations team
- Addressing queries related to the product and process, end to end transaction closure.
- Preparing MIS reports for internal use
