Bonanza Portfolio - Branch Manager - Sales (2-4 yrs)
Job Description :
1. Handling the team of Business Development, Relationship Department, RMS, Collection, Operation, Legal & Compliance, Dealing, & Research.
2. Monitoring day to day operational & dealings at branch
3. Recruitment, MIS, Employee appraisal, Motivation, Training etc.
4. Co-ordination with Head Office for over all branch operations
5. Profiling of clients and advising them based on research /Market information which should result in business growth in terms of turnover & revenue.
6. Conducting Business & brand developmental activities in branch or given respected territory
7. Ensuring cross selling of all products like PMS, Commodities, Mutual fund, Insurance etc
8. Team and Client grievance Handling.
9. Brand building & Repo Building within given territory & client.
Specific Competencies required :
1. Either the candidate must have cleared NCFM/NISM modules or he/she must be ready to clear the NCFM/NISM modules.
2. The candidate should be able to work on a target or incentive base with fixed salary.
Specific Knowledge required :
1. Grasping implication of new information on Stock Market & internal operations
2. Knowledge about Domestic and International market
3. Understanding the various research articles, journals and business magazines
