Job Description :
- Developing sales & marketing strategies to build consumer preference and driving volumes.
- Person would be responsible for Direct Sales and Corporate sales of commercial Properties.
- Site visit & Client meeting would be part of his job.
- Handling the commercial project.
- Attending meeting and business conferences with prospective clients.
- Maintaining the quality of services of company's goodwill and getting more booking with the help of effective market research.
- Handling broker's and clients queries.
- Active participation in product launching and expansion of business.
- Conducting and taking active participation in exhibitions and promotions of our projects.
- Proper co-ordination with team members and various departments.
- Controlling of back office staff to update records and financial transactions.
- Conducting final meeting to change prospect into buyer.
Qualification :
- Minimum 3 yrs experience in commercial property selling.
- Should have a good database of prospective clients.
- Proficient in communication.
- Well groomed individual with good presentation skills.
- Build client relation and brief them about our projects
