We're only looking for candidates with experience with IT services sales for this role. The candidate will be responsible for generating IT (Information Technology) sales and business, developing relationships with new clients, making sales visits and presentations, maintaining advanced knowledge of services, and establishing and meeting sales goals. The official designation would be Customer Success Executive.

Job Responsibilities:

- Assist the sales team in lead generation and prospecting by using various online and offline tools and methods like cold calling, emails, events etc.

- Identify potential clients and establish relationships to understand their needs and requirements.

- Schedule appointments and demos for the sales team with qualified prospects.

- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and concerns.

- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

- Liaise with technical team and marketing team for product marketing

- Achieve annual and quarterly order and revenue targets

- Suggest upgrades and services that may be of interest to clients.

- Negotiate with clients to secure the most attractive prices.

- Develop sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.

- Review clients' feedback and implement necessary changes.

- Remain in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.

Mandatory Skills:

- 2 years of Experience in IT Service Sales.

- MBA in marketing, business administration, or similar.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Should be good with decision-making and problem-solving skills

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable services.

- Great networking skills.
