Bombay Shaving Company - Social Media Specialist (5-8 yrs)
Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facebook Performance Marketing Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5-8 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing and delivering successful Facebook campaigns. The candidate should be able to optimize ROAS and ensure the success of campaigns by deploying and managing budgets exceeding 1 crore. Additionally, the candidate should have the ability to develop their own team to maintain optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage highly effective Facebook campaigns that meet client objectives and achieve target ROAS.
- Deploy, manage and optimize budgets above 1 crore to ensure maximum returns on investment
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of performance marketing experts who can deliver results
- Analyse campaign data and provide insights, actionable recommendations for optimization to maximize results
- Collaborate with other cross-functional teams like creative, analytics, and client servicing to ensure smooth campaign implementation
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Facebook marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and implement them.
Job Requirements :
- 5-8 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance marketing on Facebook
- Experience in managing campaigns with budgets exceeding 1 crore
- In-depth understanding of Facebook's platform, algorithms, targeting options, and ad formats.
- Experience with tools such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.
- Ability to analyse and interpret campaign data and insights, optimize campaigns for maximum performance
- Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills
- Ability to build, manage and develop a team of performance marketing experts.
