Job Description :
- Conduct preliminary research to identify target demographics and market trends.
- Develop and implement effective field marketing strategies to promote BOHECO's products and services.
- Establish and nurture strong working relationships with key vendors and venue operators.
- Ensure timely coordination and smooth execution of promotional events and activities
- Identify potential retailers and merchants interested in BOHECO's product range.
- Develop and present compelling field marketing programs to drive business expansion and manage existing retailers.
- Represent BOHECO at industry trade shows and local events to increase brand visibility.
- Network with potential partners and customers to generate leads and drive sales
- Coordinate with the marketing team to create engaging social media content.
- Monitor and analyse social media engagement to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare detailed reports on the progress and outcomes of field marketing initiatives.
- Provide insights and recommendations for future improvements based on data analysis.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and engagement during peak sales hours.
- Handle inquiries and transactions efficiently to maximize sales opportunities.
- Organize and execute product sampling events to introduce BOHECO's offerings to potential customers.
- Collect feedback and data to assess the impact of sampling activities.
- Coordinate with the Clinic team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products within the local area.
- Address any delivery-related issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement creative strategies to attract new visitors to the clinics.
- Collaborate with local businesses and organizations to increase clinic visibility and drive traffic.
- Plan and conduct Resident Welfare Association (RWA) meetings to educate the community about BOHECO's products and services.
- Organize and participate in health camps to provide valuable information and engage with the local community.
Skills :
- Proficient in MS Office and social media
- Strong planning and organizational skills for conducting preliminary research and executing field marketing campaigns.
- Excellent relationship management skills for maintaining vendor and venue partnerships.
- Ability to identify and promote business expansion opportunities.
- Experience in attending and leveraging trade shows and events.
- Proficiency in managing social media activities related to marketing campaigns.
- Strong reporting skills for tracking the status of marketing activities.
- Sales acumen to manage clinic/store sales during peak hours.
