Bombay Hemp Company - Area Sales Manager - Pharma & Wellness - West Region (3-5 yrs)
- We are looking to employ a driven and experienced area sales manager to increase sales within an assigned geographical area and guide a team of medical sales representatives.
Responsibilities :
- Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory to ensure that sales and profits are effectively managed and maintained.
- Utilizing outbound telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings with customers to close sales.
- Leading a team of MRs to achieve Sales targets.
- Making Monthly doctor visiting plan for all MR team members and implements it effectively by regular follow-up and discussions with team members.
- Completing monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales target
- Building relationships with Doctor and Healthcare professions
- Daily reporting to seniors about daily work, meetings, and performance
- Regularly attending monthly, quarterly and yearly meeting of company
- Keeping up to date about company products, services, and schemes
- Monitoring activities, products, and services of competitors
- Developing sales strategies and plans to achieve sales and profit goals by leading, developing, and motivating sales associates
Qualifications and Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business management, pharmacy or related field is preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of experience as medical representative
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Possess a valid driving license and own a vehicle to commute.
- Opportunities occur throughout India, but the job usually involves responsibility for a particular geographical area.
