Bombay Dyeing - Assistant General Manager - Direct Sales - Real Estate Vertical (6-15 yrs)
Position : AGM - Direct Sales
Exp : 8 to 15 yrs
Qualification : Graduate/Post Graduate
Ticket size : 6+ cr
Location Handled : South Mumbai
Role & Responsibility :
- Provide strategical inputs to develop and manage prospective clients / customers interested to invest in the Company's Real Estate Product and develop new revenue generation options for the organisation and ensure efficient Customer Service / Satisfaction thus enabling the Organisation to meet its Business Plan & Objectives
- Will Be Handling sales for the company's Luxury Residential & Commercial projects
- Needs to developing and deliver Product pitches and product showcase to prospects
- Will handle End-to-end Sales Process Management from the first site inspection to follow-ups, negotiations and deal closure.
- Preparing sales projection reports and taking care of real estate portfolios of HNW clients.
- Keeping a track of the competitors, constant updating of survey reports and highlighting the main.
- USP's as per current market trends.
